This delicious dish with multi-colored radishes from the Chefs Inspiration range bring an intense color and flavor to your plate. From deep pink to blue and green, truly a colorful combination.

In this recipe we use the red meat radish, the blue skin radish and the green meat radishes. These radishes are available in the Sous Fresh Chefs Inspiration range both individually and in a mix.

Preparation

  • Cut the radishes into thin slices
  • Divide the slices on a plate
  • Sprinkle the slices with freshly chopped Chervil or Chives.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
