  • 400 g pasta (your choice)
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 100 g green asparagus tips
  • 100 g peas, cleaned
  • 4 mini courgettes, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Olive oil

  • Cook the spaghetti , linguine or other pasta according to the package directions.
  • Blanch the asparagus tips, peas and mini courgettes briefly in salted water.
  • Heat olive oil in a wok or frying pan and briefly sauté the onions and garlic.
  • Add the vegetables and cook briefly.
  • Add the pesto and mix with the vegetables.
  • Mix the vegetable pesto with the cooked pasta.
  • Sprinkle with Basil and Parmesan cheese.
